- The Duomo Complex with Cupola tour is not wheelchair and strollers accessible.
- The booking confirmation is sent via email immediately after purchase.
- Your entry ticket is valid for 72 hours after the initial validation. This allows you to visit other locations in the Duomo Complex, such as Giotto’s Bell Tower and Santa Reparata, at your leisure.
- Appropriate clothing is required as this is a place of worship. Please ensure your legs and shoulders are covered. Sandals, hats, or sunglasses are not permitted.
- Failure to comply with the dress code may result in denied entry, and no refunds or alternative dates will be provided.
- Suitcases, backpacks, parcels, containers, and large and medium-sized bags are not permitted inside the Dome(Cupola).
- Umbrellas, canes (when not used to assist walking), tripods for cameras, and film cameras are not permitted inside the Dome.
- Knives, scissors, and metal tools that could be dangerous for people and the exhibited works are not permitted inside the Dome.
- Please note that the guided tour does not include the Brunelleschi’s Dome(Cupola), you can climb the Brunelleschi’s Dome on your own (Pre-reserved ticket time) after the guided tour ends.
- With your timed-reserved tickets, you can climb the Cupola Dome 45 minutes after the guided tour ends.
- Tour language is available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.
- Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- A minimum of two guests is required for this tour to run.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals will not be able to join the tour, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered in this case.
- In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participants, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour option.
