Information travellers need from you
- The Eiffel tour is not wheelchair and strollers accessible.
- The booking confirmation is sent via email immediately after purchase.
- Your entrance tickets to Seine cruise will be delivered via emailed to you 5–10 hours before departure and check your email for tickets prior to arrival.
- Please ensure you provide your email address and ensure your email address is correct at the time of booking.
- Strollers, backpacks and suitcases (cabin luggage size) are permitted inside the Eiffel Tower.
- Knives, sharp objects, and glass bottles are not permitted inside the Eiffel Tower.
- Animals and smoking are not permitted inside the Eiffel Tower.
- There may be a queue at the dedicated line for visitors with reservation due to security purpose, however this will be much shorter than at the standard entrance.
- On the rare occasion that the summit is closed to the general public for maintenance or safety reasons, this will not affect your guided tour, so no refunds or discounts will be given.
- After your Eiffel Tower tour, join the Seine river cruise. This tour includes audio guides in English, French, and other languages (subject to availability), providing rich commentary as you sail.
- Only small bags (up to 16 litters) are allowed on the boat; bulky baggage cannot be accommodated on the Seine cruise.
- In the event of a storm, your guide may decide to end the tour for safety. You will be escorted back to the departure point, but no refunds will be issued.
- Tour language is available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.
- Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- A minimum of two guests is required for this tour to run.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals will not be able to join the tour, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered in this case.
- Subject to favourable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
- In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participants, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour option.
