- The booking confirmation is sent via email immediately after purchase.
- “Skip-the-line” access is not guaranteed, during peak season as group entry can be delayed due to the Amphitheatre’s intense security checks.
- A refundable deposit fee of €10 will be required for each radio device as part of our “Radio Security Guarantee” before the tour begins. This deposit will be returned once you hand over the radio at the end of the tour.
- For security reasons, suitcases and large bags are not permitted inside the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, or Roman Forum. Please plan accordingly as there is no cloakroom available on site to store belongings.
- Tour language is available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.
- Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- A minimum of two guests is required for this tour to run.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals will not be able to join the tour, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered in this case.
