• If any participants are not confident, they can choose to ride as a passenger with a fellow traveller.
• Participants must be at least 13 years old to ride a bike and 6 years old to be accompanied by an adult (on a child seat).
• The tour runs rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather. In the case of severe weather conditions, the tour may be rescheduled.
• Failure to comply with the requirements, including prior experience and confidence in riding, may result in denied participation without a refund or an alternative date.
• Tour language is available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.
• Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• A minimum of two guests is required for this tour to run.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals will not be able to join the tour, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered in this case.
• In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participants, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour option.
